We are looking for marketing enthusiast to work for our blockbuster products.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop strategic business plan, operating plan, annual sales budget and annual marketing plan for the products
- Launch strategic and tactical promotional campaigns for new products
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering product/disease related information, novel products etc.
- Identify untapped market opportunities, establish and implement market plans to ensure the continued expansion of market share
- Assess the risk in the area of marketing operations
- Manage new product performance against targets, reviewing results on a regular basis in order to identify and prioritize adjustments to ensure targets are achieved and surpassed
- Monitor performance levels of new products thereby ensuring that product performance is maintained and improved, consistent with the achievement of revenue, market share and profitability objectives
- Train and update the sales colleagues with product information, market strategy, etc.
- Monitor competitor products and review pricing by sectors
- Monitor competitors’ marketing and sales activities, report monthly and modify operating plan accordingly to achieve the specified market share
- Communicate essential market/industry information to sales force
Profile Requirements:
- MBBS/M.Pharm from well reputed institutions. MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum six years’ experience in pharma product management
