We are looking for dynamic individual to work with our ITS (Information Technology & Solutions) team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define the industrial SITE priorities(timing) and resource(budgets/FTEs) required for transformation to standard & global processes
- Manage customer relationship and save as the “go to” person for the site
- Be Member of the extended SITE management
- Working with the infrastructure team, ensure that standards are properly enforced, new releases/infrastructure projects are properly communicated and deployed in the SITE
- Responsible for utilization of consistent IS methodology
- Ensure the SITE Requirements are represented in the requirements and design phases of the standardization /globalization process
- Proactively identify the existing SITE applications that will be impacted as a result of standardization /globalization and prepare a retirement /transition plan(including budget, timeline ,FTE ,cost savings and incremental benefits)
- Collaborate as appropriate to ensure the best usage of existing applications in the portfolio and contribute to functional alignment of the SITE
- Assess all IS related risk on SITE, with Engineering, Automation and quality recommended and follow-up action plans
- Be the service provider of Engineering, Automation and quality information systems
- When appropriate configure global systems for local utilization(e.g. BI/KPIs)
- Run IS/ business projects for the SITE
- Review people and responsible for performing talent management
- Prepare SOPs ,formats and procedures in accordance with cGMP ,CSV and HSE
- Prepare monthly, quarterly annual reports for the SITE
- Global reporting on Lean activities as and when required
- Provide direct support to the SITE Management to implement an IS-risk Management culture covering all SITE’s activities using Computerized systems (incl. PCS, DCS, SCADA) and concurring to both IS Security and IS continuity objectives
- Ensure proper implementation of Sanofi IS Security policies and procedures
- Ensure actionable Disaster Recovery Plans for critical local systems are available
- Reports Key Process Indicators to SITE Head and CCS Regional correspondents
Profile Requirements: Minimum B.Sc in CS/CSE from a recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field. Prior experience in industrial/manufacturing environment would be added an advantage.
