We are looking for talents to work with our dynamic and innovative Marketing Excellence and Research Team
Key Accountabilities:
- Co-ordinate and manage marketing excellence & market research initiatives.
- Plan, execute and manage Marketing Excellence activities and events e.g. sales conferences, sales leaders’ meetings, business reviews, field visit campaigns etc.
- Plan and Execute primary market research activities as per yearly market research calendar.
- Facilitate, analyze, provide insights and ensure feedback to both marketing and sales colleagues for secondary Market Research data e.g. prescription (Rx) and market share performance on periodical requirement basis.
- Liaison with the agency and concerned department to prepare research briefs for the agency by collecting information from concerned department.
Profile Requirements: B.pharm/MBA (Major in Marketing) from reputed university
Experience: 6-8 years relevant experience
