We are looking for talents to work in our Manufacturing Function in Tongi Plant

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain quality guidelines, cGMP, HSE guideline and local regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation of SOP, Log book, review and update when applicable
• Maintain general hygiene and proper housekeeping within the section
• Monitor productivity &  prepare daily & monthly production  report
• Production plan, Schedule and implementation
• Manpower distribution & personnel administration
• KPI Reporting and analysis  

Profile Requirements: B.pharm/M.Pharm

Experience: 1-2 years relevant experience

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to manage relations with cross-functional expert teams
• Excellent skills to articulate, communicate, present and negotiate at all levels
• Passion for excellence and results driven
• Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency
