Educational Requirements:

  • A level / O level /Bachelors/ Masters in any field from a reputed university

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Answering telephone calls
  • Maintaining diaries
  • Arranging appointments
  • Taking messages
  • Typing/word processing Filing
  • Organising meetings any ware in Bangladesh / out of country
  • Using a variety of software packages
  • Booking transport
  • Managing databases
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Other activities based on organizational requirement
  • Taking notes and preparing meeting minutes

Job Nature: Full-time Minimum 12 Hours

Other Benefits: Food, accommodation, laundry and others facility also provided by md .

Job Requirements:

  • Age 19 to 23 year(s)
  • Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Must have good looking, lovely communication all time skills both in English & Bangla

Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka
