Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- To work in the areas of Market research, Marketing strategy, Sales, Advertising, POS marketing and promotion, Pricing, Product Development and Product’s Life Cycle.
- Forecasting and Budgeting for Sales and Marketing.
- To establish and develop channel distribution network for the product line of the company.
- To initiate market research studies or surveys and achieve the sales target.
- To direct and evaluate ongoing market strategies.
- To train sales personnel and create an atmosphere of responsible growth in sales and marketing for the company
- To monitor demand trends for the products, oversee products development, and aid in product promotion to attract potential buyers.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements:
- Masters in any discipline (MBA Major in Marketing will be given preference) from any reputed university local and abroad directly.
Experience Requirements:
- The applicants must have minimum 15 years practical experience in the field of Cement marketing, 5 (Five) years experience in the position of GM or equivalent will be given preference.
Additional Requirements:
- Capable of frequently traveling throughout the country
- Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills (English & Bangali)
- Should have good interpersonal, motivational and convincing skill.
- Skilled in computer using for various correspondences.
- Capable of handling pressure, achieving target goal and working under stress.
- Capable of establishing effective relationships with others, and exercise a fair amount of tact.
- Capable of organizing and attending event and exhibitions.
