Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure day to day operational activities of show room.
  
• Ensures sales as per plan.
  
• Displaying product in a pleasing and fashionable manner.
  
• Properly handling retail point of sales software.
  
• Managing and motivating sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  
• Ensure responding to customer complaints & queries and provide feedback to concerned authority.
  
• Providing training and motivating staff for exceptional customer service and care.
  
• Preparing financial report (Daily expense, cash position, card position, petty cash maintain)
  
• Managing inventory and making key decisions.
  
• Ensure safety, security of the outlet.
  
• Lead, monitor, appraise & train up team members to achieve business plan;

Educational Requirements : Masters in commerce or MBA in marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• 6 to 9 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) : Sales, Retail Stores/Shops
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Retail Store, Chain shop

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 30 to 35 year(s)
• Working experience in sales as outlet in charge with branded clothing shop.
  
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, sales & communication skills.
  
• Sound knowledge in retail point of sale software
  
• Sound knowledge in retail fashion industry
  
• Visual merchandising knowledge
  
• Target oriented
  
• Problem solving, motivation skills
  
• Should have practical computer knowledge on office application
  
• Energetic, confident and proactive.
  
• The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
