Position : Sr. Designer/ Designer - Ethnic Product/Menswear/Kidswear

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct brainstorming, designing and producing concepts;
  
• Creation of fashion design that suits the company brand;
  
• Analyze trends in fabrics, colors and shapes;
  
• Selection of fabrics and trims;
  
• Adapt existing designs for mass production;
  
• Ensure fore-planning of seasons/festivals and create design accordingly that suits;
  
• Lead, monitor, appraise & trained up subordinate to achieve business plan;
  
• Ensure developing of patterns & overseeing the production;

Education: Graduate in Fashion Designing Technology from any reputed university.

Additional:

• Fair knowledge on fashion & style.
  
• Must have working experience in designing with large fashion brand.
  
• Energetic, confident and proactive.
  
• The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.

Job location: Dhaka
