‘SAD-Bangladesh’ NGO is going to implement “Resilience/DRR/DIPECHO project" in Haor area, funded by ECHO supported by Concern Universal Bangladesh. Applications are invited from suitable interested candidates.
The Resilience/DRR/DIPECHO project will be implemented under HIP-2015 call of the European Commission. The project will be implemented by SAD-Bangladesh (NGO) in Itna Upazila of Kishoreganj District.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage project activities, develop work plan, review budget, follow up and monitor project implementation process.
- Provide support to team members in thematic areas.
- Track expenditure in the field for activities against plan.
- Manage staffs to ensure effective and smooth project implementation.
- Organize and facilitate local and district level workshop/events and ensure participation from relevant agencies and stakeholder.
- Good communication skills to coordinate others GO, NGO and relevant stakeholders.
Person Specification:
- Master in any discipline (Social Science is preferred).
- At least 3 years working experience as Project Officer, Project Coordinator or similar position.
- Experience of working in DIPECHO project is an advantage.
- Sufficient knowledge on Disaster Risk Reduction- DRR.
- Good English & computer knowledge and skilled in communication.
- Strong reporting, supervision and monitoring skill.
Salary: 26,300/= BDT per month.
