Job Description / Responsibility

• Must be smart, energetic, confidant, self-motivated & good interpersonal skills.
• Plan and implement marketing strategy for Real Estate business.
• Prepare professional marketing plan and motivate sales team.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports for Departmental head when needed.
• Properly maintain the monthly sales target.
• Maintain proper customer relationship with overseas clients.
• Monitor market performance and focus the performance of sales team.

Educational Requirements:

• BA/ Masters / BBA/ MBA From any Recognized University

Experience Requirements

• Need to 3 - 4 year Experience.  
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Sales
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate/ Developer.
