Rupali Bank Limited (RBL), a leading State-owned Commercial Bank (SCB) in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, competent and experienced individual for appointment as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of " Rupati Bank Securities Limited "- a fully owned subsidiary of Rupali Bank Limited. The appointment will be on contractual basis initially for three years which is renewable depending on satisfactory performance.

1. Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

2: Qualification: MBA/Masters in any discipline from a recognized university having good academic records.

3. Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in Large Commercial Banking or renowned Financial lnstitution with at least five years' experience in Senior Management Position.
• At least 5 years' experience in Senior Management position of a merchant bank or a brokerage house.

4. Nationality: Bangladeshi

5. Age: Not more than 50 years

6. Others:

• Salary is negotiable depending on experience in related field and background of the selected candidate.
• The candidate should have strong leadership quality, be self-organized and result oriented and capable in managing sizeable business with multidimensional financial and advisory services having knowledge of fundamental and technical analysis of challenging and competitive capital market environment.
• The candidate should be capable of market trend analysis and Market forecasting mechanism.
• Trainings on capital market and/or stock brokerage will be an added qualification.
• Candidate having sound knowledge in Computer Literacy & Securities Trading System, Proven track record for achieving results, growing business and excellent network and contacts will be preferred.
