Position: Area Manager, Sales
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Lead, manage, develop and assess sales officers
Achieve both primary and secondary sales target
Ensure perfect and fast implementation of company’s policies & activities
Propose and implement corrective actions for continued growth
Training and motivating Sales Officers and distributor personnel “on the job”
 
Profile (Managerial and Functional Competencies)
1 to 2 years minimum working experience in field sales management in FMCG
Take ownership, accountability
People oriented and loves to develop people via empowerment
Able to work under pressure
Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
Speed in implementation, fast learner
Good knowledge of excel
 
Plus
Fluency in oral and written English
BBA/MBA from reputed business schools
 
Travel requirements
6 days/week on the field
