Job Responsibility
- Act as visionary to plan, develop and execute IT & Charging objective, solution and strategy that leads the
achievement of business goals.
- Drive enterprise architecture design initiative and transformation for business demand in BSS/OSS domain. Develop
short term and long term plan to evolve robust technology, architecture and topology and asses its impact in business
expansion, CAPEX, OPEX.
- Guide the enterprise architecture as the one stop-centre for enterprise architecture design of Mobile Commerce, new
Business initiatives and value-added-services through well designed customer relations systems in line with business
priorities
- Guide the roll out of new products and services (contents and solutions) with a highly skilled team of professionals to
attract, entice, retain and nurture customers and business partners
- To own, drive and manage E2E charging, billing, provisioning, middleware, data and electronic recharge value chain
for smooth service delivery. Drive architecture & design to make Robi unique in the market in terms of product diversification.
- Driver the promotion of shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows. Ensure
that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and business and IT strategies.
- Lead, evaluate, test to assess impact of network expansion, upgrade, new feature deployment, new services
integration and develop necessary implementation guideline, acceptance criterion to meet network KPI.
- Advise senior management on strategic systems directions through identifying & assessing emerging Technologies to
be assimilated, integrated, and introduced in support of business goals and objectives
- Ensure workforce competencies are reviewed continuously and appropriate training and development activities are
designed for all members
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT relevant areas
- Post Graduation / MBA will be an added advantage
Additional Requirements:
More than 8 years of working experience in the telecom service provider en-vironment with exposure in:
- IT Strategic Planning
- ERP, CRM & VAS
- Strong fundamental knowledge on GSM / WCDMA / IS-95 Core & Charging sys-tem
- Sound commercial, project and time management skills
- Knowledge of business, management principles
- Knowledge of finance, technology and administration
- Proficient in planning, building and reporting against CAPEX and OPEX budgets
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
- Leadership knowledge and experience
- A strong sense of integrity and commitment to good governance
- Strong people and team management skills
- Ability to building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business and externally
- Experienced in project management methodologies and processes, progress re-porting, risk management project
management tools, project planning and control techniques.
- Experience in managing complex project with a proven track record in project delivery
