Job Description / Responsibility:

• To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior & interior and overseeing the construction.
• Prepare building Design Concept / 3D Visualization and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications 2D/ 3D (such as Auto CAD).
• Prepare Detailed & Working drawings and specifications of residential building and make any necessary corrections.
• Compile project specifications & ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations specially in BD code of conduct.
• Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
• Team work with Architect/ Civil and assigned co-worker, Maintain the Co-relation between Architectural and Engineering team.
• Graphics Design expert in Adobe CS Suite (Especially expert in Illustrator Photoshop ,Adobe Page maker and In Design), Flash, sketch up, Revit, Lumion, 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD
• Experience with Image manipulation tools Ex: Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral, GIMP, Expression Blend etc. is required.
• Dealing with customer if necessary.
• Perform any other job assigned by the management.
• Mandatory to stay at project (Amin Bazar)

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• B.Sc. in Architecture from BUET/ KUET/ RUET/ CUET/SUST or any reputed university

Experience Requirements :

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range : TK.25000 - 45000 (Monthly)
