Job Description / Responsibility

  • Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Must be capable to achieve the respective sales targets.
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements
Masters, MBA/ Graduation (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2  or 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Real Estate (Land Development)

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to30  year(s)
  • Candidates from Real Estate / Land Business Background will get preference.
  • Good communication & negotiation skill.
  • Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
