Invitation for Proposal on Developing Software

RDRS Bangladesh seeks proposals from national individuals/ consultancy firms/organizations to undertake a short term assignment to develop a Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) for RDRS Bangladesh.

The specific objectives of the HRMIS are:

  • Windows and Web based
  • Preserve and use staff records from previous database
  • Integrated system of different modules
  • Linkage with staff payroll system
  • The software will be comfortable with future technology
  • Scope of online use of the software
  • User friendly and high security system with easy and  attractive graphical representation

Eligible candidates are requested to submit softcopy of technical and financial proposals for the software that includes the followings:

  • A detailed description of consultant’s experience of developing  similar kind of software
  • Mention the name of at least two large organizations using your software (detail outline of the software package)
  • Detailed CV of team leader and key members of the team
  • Software Development Platform
  • Time frame and time line for conducting the activities
  • Description of detailed budget and payment
  • Warranty Period
  • Maintenance of the software
  • After delivery services
  • Method of work
  • Copy of VAT registration certificate/ TIN certificate/ Trade License

Interested candidates (individuals/ consultancy firms/organizations) are requested to submit their proposals with a cover letter addressing to Head of Human Resources, RDRS Bangladesh, Jail Road, Radhaballav, Rangpur. The electronic copy of the technical and financial proposal in PDF format is to be reached to the e-mail address <hrmrdrs@gmail.com> by 05:00 pm of 22 December 2014.  This is to be noted that the proposals should be attached in one zip folder in the name of individual or organization as appropriate. RDRS reserves all rights to accept or reject any of the proposals.
