Head of Direct Sales (Industrial Segment)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly sales plans.
  
• Set the targets for direct sales team.
  
• Working together, lead the direct sales team to achieve targets.
  
• Develop and maintain good relations with power plants and major industrial clients.
  
• Routinely collect and analyze data about lube industry and competitors.
  
• Help the management in setting business & other policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate (Engineering degree preferable).
  
• Must have minimum 10 years’ relevant experience.
  
• Age 35 to 42 years.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.

Compensation: Above-average (not be an obstacle for the right candidate)
