Prepare different sorts of bill, Voucher
Keep Accounting Software up to date by posting & checking entered accounting date into software.
Should have sound knowledge in preparing monthly trail balance, Income statement, Balance sheet etc.
Entry all kinds of accounting adjusting entries.
Prepare and maintain all types of Vouchers, Requisition slip & bills
Deal with Company external Auditor & liaison with banks
Assist line manager in financing planning
Knowledge on Budget & Budgetary control will be an added advantage
Hhaving knowledge on TDS & VDS
Any other relating to finance & accounting as assigned by line manager/ management on time to time. |

Tally or any other accounting software experience
Good knowledge in Microsoft office programs (Specially the accounting systems)
