Job Description / Responsibility:
- Assisting management in forming corporate policy regarding Tax & VAT by providing technical support using taxes laws and regulations,
- Preparation and Submission of VAT Return (VAT-19) to VAT for each business unit .
- Preparation and Submission of Mushak-1 Kha for Price declaration against B/E & Work Order to VAT office.
- Analysis sales value and obtained Value approval from VAT Authorities
- Issue Mushak-11 and Record Mushak-16, 17, 18.
- Preparation and calculation of withholding tax and VAT, submission challan to Government treasury
- Prepare detailed AIT statement for tax return, collect AIT Certificate and related documents and reconcile them with accounting records.
- Arrange to deposit advance payment of tax to Govt. treasury u/s-64 within time, ensure adjustment of VAT rebate and Tax credit properly.
- Preparation and calculation of Section 108(Information regarding payment of salary) and submission to Tax office
- Preparation and calculation Section 75A(Return of withholding tax) of ITO 1984 and submission to Tax office
- Support and attend in hearing asked by VAT Authority, deal with VAT & Tax Authority for various cases relevant to VAT & Tax.
- Liaison with Tax & VAT offices and submission of documents required by them time to time.
- Any other task assigned by the concerned authority
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements: ACA, CA (CC) completed, or MBA/ M.Com in Finance and Accounting from recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Commercial/Export-Import, Cash Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Multinational Companies, Trading or Export/Import, Importer
Job Requirements
- At least 3-6 years working experience on Finance, Accounts or Supply-Chain Department
- Should enough experience on WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, TALLY (Accounting Software) and ERP systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills on Business Level English.
