Job Description / Responsibility

• Be responsible for identifying future market potential and improving and developing the key areas of Marketing & Business Development in Power, Energy and Household Items Sector of Bangladesh.
• To explore sales potential for Lift, Escalator, Generator & Household finishing items (Tiles, Light, Sanitary items etc)
• To optimize all sources of revenue, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Project Management, and Corporate Finance and so on.
• Responsible for building, growing and sustaining all relevant and potential sources of business and to meet / exceed financial targets.
• Develop new business opportunities through active involvement in developing new service / after-market offerings, special project opportunities, niche service products and consumables, new product introductions and service acquisitions.
• Actively manage the revenue forecast process providing advanced insight into opportunities and risk to the service business.
• Responsible for regular reporting of service revenue forecasts, activity and results to management.

Educational Requirements
Post-graduation preferably with MBA (Marketing). However, it may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Business Development, Sales & Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Electro-mechanical Engineering (Especially Lift, Escalator, Generator & Household finishing items)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 30 to 38 year(s)
• 3 years of marketing/sales/business development experience in a power engineering and household company.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate and provide professional development to a team of 3 direct reports.
