Job Description / Responsibility:
- Develop, in coordination with the Executive Management Team, an integrated business plan that optimizes market share and profitability of existing or new activities;
- Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountability; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing as climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
- Developing, in coordination with Executive Management Team, for the Company Boards approval annual business plans and budgets that support organizational long-term strategy;
- Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc);
- Is able to integrate resources and manage subsidiary corporations in organizational growth and international expansion.
- Understands the automobile market and is able to establish, and reproduce operations protocols. Including capture, proposal and program management.
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of automobile industry by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
- Post graduate degree/ MBA from any reputed university. Foreign Institutes preferred.
Experience Requirements:
- at least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Extensive executive-level management experience,
- Dynamic & Strong leadership quality
- Extensive automobile industry experience.
- Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company`s overall objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
- Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Age at most 45 year(s)
- 7-10 years’ experience in automobile business with at least 5 years experience in a managerial role is a must.
- In depth knowledge about start up business operations will be an added advantage.
- Proven Ability to lead, manage and grow individuals and teams alike.
- An in-depth understanding of inventory management, people management and customer satisfaction management.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
