Job Responsibilities

• Capable to handle full operation of the company.
• Plan & Execute international & Local Tour packages for Corporate
• Maintain communication with clients to facilitate the quality service
• Solid knowledgeable on VISA rules and regulations of different countries.
• Strong knowledge about Umrah and Hajj package as well as Recruiting.
• Building Relationship with Airlines and Hotels ( local & international)
• Uphold all online marketing communications on social network, email, website etc.
• Attend meetings & brief sessions at corporate client's
• Overall responsibilities of management reporting covering all financial aspects of the group.
• Coordinate in preparation of annual budget for the group
• Identify areas of cost reduction in the company.
• Work with various department heads to upgrade internal controls, reporting systems,
• Corporate policies/ procedures and implementation of the same where needed.

Educational Qualification

• Masters in any discipline. Education qualification may be relax for experienced person.

Experience Requirements

• 10-11 years' experience in a reputed Travel & Tour Company.
• Should have through knowledge in BSP operating, Hotel Booking, Preparing Tour Packages & Tour Plan, Umrah Packages, Hajj package Marketing, Visa Processing etc.
• Must have knowledge about worldwide destinations, tours, accommodations and flights.
• Must have pleasant personality & customer persuasive ability.
• Must Experience in Travel & Tour Operator Companies
• Must Achieve Monthly Sales Target
• Fluent in English corresponding.
• Excellent Communication & leadership skills
