Admin Officer – Front Desk (Female)

Job Responsibilities

  • The Admin Officer – Front Desk at office will be responsible for handling PABX operations including incoming and outgoing telephone calls, managing the reception desk, outward and inward mails and attending visitors.
  • she also manages allocation of conference rooms (two) to different meeting and events and be responsible for ensuring support to in-house meeting, workshops and events and ensures necessary logistics these events.
  • She oversees the office canteen and ensures cleanliness and hygiene and provide necessary instruction to the service provider; and adjust monthly canteen bill as per agreed rate with service provider.
  • One of the major responsibilities of the person is to manage office store. She needs to ensure sufficient stock of various office supplies as per requirement.
  • Job responsibility may change according to company need.

Experience Requirements

  • Honors Degree in any discipline is preferred. But educational requirement may change for deserving candidates. English Medium back ground will be preferable.
