Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Job Responsibilities

• Candidates must have pleasant personality and willingness to meet people, be aggressive to earn incentives by achieving business development/sales targets.
• Building relationship with the corporate customers as well as individuals.
• Sales presentations, follow up and closing the accounts.
• Meeting sales targets.
• Maintaining relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors in any discipline, Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5/6  year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area: Land Selling, Corporate Dealings, Negotiation.

Job Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Good market planner
• Good communication skill
• Good managerial skill
• Ability to handle all type of Customers.

• 40,000 – 50,000
