Position Name: Sales Supervisor (Executive, Sales)

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent from any recognized University. Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of well experienced persons.
  • 2 to 3 years relevant practical working experience in FMCG sales & marketing is preferable.
  • Candidates must have experience in direct Sales.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Execute Marketing Program to achieve targeted sales volume
  • Accelerate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunity.
  • Actively pursuer of sales target as planned and set by Management.
  • Effective professional relationship with clients.
  • Persuasive, dynamic, high motivated, reliable and loyal to company.
  • Hardworking and must have positive attitude towards responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of power point, excel and word.
  • Candidates age should not be above 30 years
  • Candidates must be able to ride motorcycle having valid driving license. Those, who do not have valid driving license, need not to apply.

Work Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
