Responsible for the Human Resources Management Functions in the Company with regard to the corporate plan such as:

  • Man power planning
  • Overall responsibility of preparing and implementing company policies, Standard operating procedures and manuals in accordance with ISO and the highest corporate compliance standards.
  • Induction, orientation ,Training and development
  • Performance, pay & Discipline management
  • Welfare administration
  • Health and safety management
  • Factory compliance
  • Employee relation, internal customer satisfaction, (JCC)
  • Industrial relation
  • Retraining employees
  •  Liaisons with labour department, BOI, government institutions such as BEPZA.
  • Implement strategies to keep the work force motivated and hence maintain LTO & absenteeism at an affordable level.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
  • Responsible for preparing and implementing strategies for career development of all employees by ensuring that succession plans and career path are established
