Work Location: At the factory, located at Baimail , Konabari, Gazipur .

Requirements:

• MBA major in HRM or Masters with PGD-HRM from BIM and professional training on HR & Compliance field will be added advantage for the candidates.
• Develop, implement, maintain and review of company policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws, statutes and regulations.
• Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
• Oversee employees  disciplines and their compliance with company rules and policies.
• To look after the overall administrative functions of the factory.
• 8 to 10 years relevant practical working experience is required.
• Candidate’s age should  be between 35 to 45  years.

Relevant experience:

• Handle employee benefits and payroll administration
• Good knowledge on Labor Law & Industrial Relation.
• Manage the welfare and administration process by effective way whilst ensuring statutory compliance.

Additional Job Requirements :

• Must have sound knowledge in MS Office.
• Able to Argue, convince, lead a negotiation.  
• Capable to run the department independently.
• Must have written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English. 
• The candidate must be willing to stay nearby the factory.
