The Person :

• Degree holder in Human Resources management or related discipline
• At least 10 years experience in full spectrum of HR functions in a multinational company, including staff compensation and benefits
• At least 3 years in a management position with responsibility for offices within the Indian Subcontinent
• Excellent in both spoken and written English
• Mature, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, well-organized, high integrity and able to work independently

The Job :

• Report to the VP Human Resources, Far East in HK, the incumbent is to manage and coordinate the human resources functions for the Indian Subcontinent with employees based in  Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka
• Responsible for staff recruitment, compensation and benefits administration includes payroll and other mandatory benefits, employee development initiatives and business partnering to Managers in the region
• Sensitive to labour market and changes on labour laws, ensure company’s liability to be covered as per local ordinances
• Source and monitor the performance of service and benefits providers
• Assist in preparing ad hoc assignments
