Job Description / Responsibility:

• Receive & make call to the customers.
• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly & properly.
• Collect customer's feedback and make report of that.
• Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements : At least 2 year(s)

• Age 25 to 30 year(s)

• Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good speaking & writing skill.
• Must be responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking.
• Able to handle pressure.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range : 18000 BDT
