Main Responsibilities

You will be accountable to:
Consumption Making

• Analyze the consumption request, make sure all is clear. If not go back to concern team and ask for clarification
• Analyzed risk factor during Pattern/consumption making to secure fit & bulk production
• Be pro-active. Suggest alternatives in order to reach best consumption with quality & efficiency
• Make sure the consumption is ok for bulk production considering supplier facilities
• Support & advice supplier to find out the best solution to reducing fabric wastage to achieve maximum fabric uses
• Work together with Quotation Merchandiser/Technician/Senior on all requests

Consumption Control

• Work closely with team (Merchandiser/technician/Senior) & Suppliers to settle best consumption
• Visit Suppliers to check reality of consumption during bulk
• Find solutions to solve problems in order to ensure bulk production. Give options to teams & Suppliers

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

• Strengthen cooperation with Quality Control / Technician team and Merchandiser team in order to secure best garments for bulk production, considering shade/shrinkage management
• Strengthen cooperation with R&D, Merchandiser & Requirements for Quality System/Quality Control teams in order to secure best consumption for bulk production
• Share problems with rest of the teams to improve and learn from mistakes
• Good knowledge of H&M suppliers technical level (machinery as well as employees skills). Who (supplier) is good at what and their limitation
• Encourage H&M suppliers to become more active in good consumption solutions & ensure best final consumption
• Educate and support suppliers with the aim of improving H&M s consumption efficiency
• Secure that our suppliers understand and follow all related standards and requirements
• Define the needs of specific product capabilities of suppliers to support business opportunities
• Evaluate supplier capacity and capability and support their growth
• Be involved in developing and maintaining supplier relationships

Knowledge and Skills requirements

• Minimum Graduate (Technical Education will be an added advantage)
• Hands on Pattern making experience is must
• Minimum 5-7 years of production experience in Woven, UN/NW/SW
• Knit, Lingerie knowledge will be added advantage
• Pattern & consumption making experience by Lectra/ Modaris/ Diamino
• Preferably experience from similar position in supplier or representative office
• Preferably experience from sample room
• Good command of English
• Able to use all Microsoft Applications
