Job Description / Responsibility:
- Deal with customer over phone
- Listen and understand customer queries and respond promptly.
- Provide solution to customers as per company policy
- Documentation and maintain records of every dealing issues.
- Follow up and measure the solution status.
- Collect feedback from customers
- Responsible for complain management
- Good Knowledge in MS Office Application Computer Skill

Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan)
Salary Range : Tk. 15,000 – 25,000
- Transport will be provided by company.
- Yearly increment based on performance.
- Weekly day off and holiday as per Government & Prodhan Group calendar.
