Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, Prime Bank Foundation
Job Location: Dhaka

Requirement:
- Academic:
- Advanced university degree (master or equivalent) in the fields of Social Science
- Sound knowledge both in writing and speaking in English.
- Experience:
- Project/Programme concept development
- Project’s financial management
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills with ability to prioritize work
- Effective presentation skills, writing skills
- Experience in planning and designing programme
- Management and business development – able to apply systems effectively such as planning, scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling a team including monitoring and evaluation, and budgeting.
- Experienced in establishing linkages, partnerships and maintaining effective relationships with various clientele.
- Administrative and financial management – able to efficiently coordinate, plan and direct office operations. Able to apply basic financial management practices such as budgeting, managing a budget and generating financial reports
- Training and development – able to conduct a training needs assessment through written surveys, focus groups or interviews and organize; able to facilitate and conduct seminars/workshops.
- Age: 35-45 years
