Vacancy Announcement for Clinic Manager/ Medical Officer

Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) has a long and illustrious history of conducting health research in Bangladesh. PRF is seeking qualified and motivated female applicants for the position of Clinic Manager/ Medical Officer for Projahnmo Family Health Clinic at Ward 37, Gazipur City Corporation.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • To manage and treat patients in OPD,  emergency and delivery room.
  • To maintain highest professional ethical value and humanity in dealing with the patients
  • To ensure smooth functions of the clinic activities
  • To supervise and monitor the activities other clinic staff
  • Monthly reporting on clinic activities
  • Any other tasks assigned by management

Employment status: Full time

Job nature: Contractual

Educational requirement and relevant experience:

  • MBBS from any recognized medical college and registered with BMDC
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical practice specially in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Experience in working at NGO clinics will be an added advantage
  • Diploma in Medical Ultrasound will get preference  

Additional requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in managerial position of clinic or hospital
  • Able to manage obstetrics and gynecological cases independently
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Residents from Gazipur area will get preference
  • Only females are allowed to apply

Job Location: Ward 37 of Gazipur City Corporation

Salary: Monthly gross salary Tk 40,000 (Negotiable in case of more competent candidate)
