Job Description / Responsibilities:

- Guiding and solving queries of customer
- Providing assistance to newly joined cashier
- Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
- Ability to assign duties and to work in a team effectively and to confirm smooth operation.
- Self motivated individual with effective organizational skills
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
- Computer knowledge – a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Spreadsheet & POS software.
- Possess exceptional analytical reasoning skills to think problems thoroughly and generate solutions.
- Enhance excellent trade relation with different traders and customers.
- Maintain administrative activities.
- Carry out any other jobs time to time assigned by superior

Educational Requirements
- Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
- No 3rd Class/Division or equivalent CGPA will be accepted in any examination.
- Students can apply who are in final year of Masters or appeared in the final exam.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 23 to 27 years
- Proficiency in English and smooth extent in Bangla is required
- At least one year of experience in cash management will be an added advantage
- Must have sound physical health with height at least 5'6'(for man) & 5'0'(for woman)
- An excellent telecommunication skill is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure.
- Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
- Self-driven, result oriented, hard working with a Leadership quality
- Positive attitude to work in an aggressive as well as competitive market.
Salary Range: Monthly Tk.11,000-12,500 subject to a training period of one month along with a training allowance.
