Admin Officer

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
  • Carry out administrative activities associated day to day operation 
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes and coordinate with HR officer and senior management.
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Job Nature: Full-time

  Educational Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3 Years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR & Admin

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Ability to adhere to strict timelines.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer packages, especially MS Office, MS Word
  • Ability to complete multi-task.
  • Strong and motivated team player

  • Excellent coordination skill is required for following-up with all duties assigned.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
