Job Description / Responsibility

- To ensure team work cooperate others to ensure the monthly / quarterly action planned (i: e Sales & Collection Achieved).
- Assist in developing an effective process to identify the potential customers and allocate necessary resources for positive outcomes.
- Compiling and analyzing Sales figures.
- Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
- Ensure sustainable growth of own market share.
- Maintain administrative activities.
- Carry out any other jobs time to time assigned by superior
Job Location:
Salary:
- Tk. 12000 - 12500 (Monthly)
- TK 100,000 for 8 months as 1st month TK 8,000, 2nd month to 7th month TK 12,000 and 8th month TK 20,000

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Context
- Proficiency in English and smooth extent in Bangla is required
- Must have sound physical health with height at least 5'6' (for man) & 5'0' (for woman)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure.
- Willingness to take responsibilities and challenges with commitment and honesty.
- Self-driven, result oriented, hard working with a Leadership quality
- Positive attitude to work in an aggressive as well as competitive market.

- Age Age 23 to 27 years
