The Premier Bank Ltd, a leading Private Bank is looking for some competent and experienced professionals to appoint as Deputy Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong knowledge in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business Development.
• Ensuring that the financials of the branch are under control and the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times.
• Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance.
• To meet transaction processing standards & ensure good cash management.
• To ensure that branches maintain all the records for good audit rating.
• Timely submission of accurate compliance and risk reports.
• Monitoring the branch sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branch and the sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services.
• Attract and develop new deposit and loan business and highly committed to customer services.
• Must have sound knowledge regarding different types of Banking Software.
• Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 08 Years banking experiences with at least 03 years in mid-level managerial position in Branch Operations.

Education Requirement: MBA/ MBM/ Masters in any discipline having no third division/class in any examination.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years.
