Manager, Quality Control

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement FSSC 22000 and ensure that process are full compliance with standards.
  • Implement QMS (Quality Management System) and ensure that local technical operations are in full compliance with standards and policies, GMP/ GDP and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely Quality release of finished goods & Raw materials for smooth production/ business run and resolve Quality-related issues arising from these deliveries
  • Responsible for customer complaints management, RCA, Recalls, Incidents & CAPA management.
  • Conduct and facilitate internal audit & FSMS audit.
  • Solve laboratory issues and giving proper training to the lab people regarding any instruments, methods etc.
  • Ensure all retention sample are kept as per SOP.
  • Ensure all SOPs are updated and implemented in process.
  • Ensure timely validation of process & method.

We Require:

  • B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemical Engineering/ Food Engineering/ Chemistry or PGD in Packaging from reputed university
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in FMCG company
  • Excellent functional knowledge
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
