Executive, Marketing Services

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive and scrutinize credit proposal and deliver to Credit Department for further process.
  • Receive and check toll manufacturing monthly expense, transfer bill, promotional fund, medical expense claim and other expense related activities.
  • Keep information and record of toll manufacturers up-to date.
  • Prepare and check various advance & adjustment approvals.
  • Responsible for maintenance of records, SOPs, company policies, procedures and instructions related to sales responsibilities.
  • Maintain files for Business Director.
  • Keep all types of sales records updated and prepare yearly and monthly reports.
  • Communicate different information to sales and marketing team and cross functional department.

We Require:

  • Graduation in any discipline from reputed university
  • 1-2 years’ work experience in relevant field will be preferred
  • Strong Communication skill
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office; specially in Excel
