Job Responsibilities:  |
- Plan yearly /monthly /weekly /daily operations activities.
- Evaluate operations procedures and processes.
- Perform operations analysis for all machines.
- Develop workflows to increase production and revenue.
- Responsible for data entry & analysis of running machines & job change over time.
- Responsible for product wise yield & wastage data entry & analysis.
- Identify deficiencies of production and areas for improvement and redesign.
- Responsible for machine speed analysis and prepare a plan yearly /monthly /weekly /daily /hourly/minute speed as per machine capacity. perform operations analysis for all machines. responsible for data entry & analysis of running machines & job change over time.
- Analyze data of in-place procedures to find ways to improve operations.
- Compare processes with industry standards and best practices and recommend strategies and develop new procedures.
- Implement tests processes, policies, and protocols.
- Prepare different analysis report and share to concern department.
