Job Description/ Responsibility

• Technical troubleshooting, service and repairs.
  
• Installation & commissioning.
  
• Provide technical support to external customers at their location.
  
• Provide training to the valued customers.  
  
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
  
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
  
• Professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field.
  
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction & implement any necessary corrective actions
  
• Willing to work sales/Marketing related tasks also. 

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Diploma in Electronic Engineering with good computer knowledge.

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 40 year(s).
• Ready to work under pressure.
• Willing to work anywhere in the country.
• Candidates With 1/2 year experience will be given Preference.
• Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with critical thinking & approach.
• Must be physically Fit, mentally fit and those who can work for long time.
• Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/deadline.
• Well-organized, co-operative and a good team-player with pleasant personality.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary Range: 10000-12000
