POSITION: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (NSM)

Job Description/ Responsibility

  • Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as consumer relationship management, advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
  • Brand Plan Development - develop a plan that achieves company targets.
  • Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
  • Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
  • Create unique trade related strategies to ensure partners are motivated and brand is visible at stores.
  • Create attainable Sales target for the sales team.
  • Develop motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, market share and profitability.
  • Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
  • Develop promotional material and distribution as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
  • Plan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
  • Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Additional Job Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Strong background and technical knowledge in marketing.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication in English.
  • Strong leadership abilities, good communication & strong analytical skills and multi-tasking ability.
  • Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
