Job Description/ Responsibility

• Technical troubleshooting, service and repairs of coffee vending machines.
  
• Able to solve critical issues regarding motherboard problem.
  
• Provide development training to our employees.
  
• Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.
  
• Timely complete and submit all required paperwork.
  
• Professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field.
  
• Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction & implement any necessary corrective action.
  
• Maintaining parts stock.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in EEE from any reputed university
• Educational qualification is relaxed for experienced persons.

Experience Requirements: At least 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 27 to 40 year(s).
• Ready to work under pressure.
• Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with critical thinking & approach.
• Must be physically Fit, mentally fit and those who can work for long time.
• Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/deadline.
• Well-organized, co-operative and a good team-player with pleasant personality.
