PRAN Young Professionals

Introduction

The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a recruitment initiative for talented, highly qualified professionals to start a career with PRAN Group. It is a unique opportunity for young talent to grow into managerial and leadership positions in PRAN Group. To be competitive for this highly selective program, candidates need to demonstrate a commitment to development, proven academic success, professional achievement, and leadership capability.
YPP consists of professional development course followed by an entrance examination once successful candidates start their career. The Program is designed for highly qualified and motivated individuals skilled in areas relevant to Marketing & Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounts, Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, etc.
Young Professionals are expected to make significant contributions towards the department's work while they gain a broad overview of PRAN Group’s policies and work. As a part of their six months program and in line with their hiring department's business needs and Young Professionals interests, they are expected to undertake projects where they will  have valuable on-the-job experience. YPs are eligible for PRAN training activities including orientation sessions, skill development training. In addition, to facilitate their transition to PRAN Group, Young Professionals are assigned a mentor to help maximize their experience and contribution to the Group.

Education
MBA in Finance/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Management/International Business/ Strategic Management/ Human Resources;
or
MSc in Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Applied Chemistry/ Food & Nutrition Science with minimum CGPA 3.00 or 3.50 on the scale of 4 or 5 respectively or 1st Class;
or

BSc Engineering in EEE/ ME/ IPE/ CSE/ Food or Chemical Engineering;
Minimum 4.00 or First Division in both SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations;

Age limit: Maximum 28 years;

Candidates should have following attributes:

  1. Good communication skills;
  2. Quick learner;
  3. Problem solving and analytical ability;
  4. Computer skills;
  5. Flexible  about traveling;
