Job Description / Responsibility
- Camp Administration.
- Camp Maintenance.
- Camp related any kind of Planning & Implementation.
- Verify and check compliance of camp on a day to day basis.
- Coordinates the work of Camp Coordinator.
- Supervise Kitchen Stuff.
- Supervision for Housekeeping & Laundry (Cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding etc.)
- Supervise Security guards.
- Rooms allotments.
- Accommodations for new arrivals
- Any sick person arrange medication/transportation (If required)
- Checking rooms every day (Anybody absent or sick) keep record
- Duty roster making for Kitchen Stuff, Housekeeping & Security guards.
- Schedule and coordinates the work of Chef, Cooks and other employees to assure that food preparation is correct and economical.
- Responsible for approving/ordering the requisition of products and other necessary food and water supplies.
- Establishes controls of store to minimize food and supply waste and theft.
- Ensures that high standards, cleanliness and safety equipment in place throughout all Camp areas all times.
- Cooks or directly supervise the cooking of items that require skill preparation.
- Ensures proper staffing for maximum productivity.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for all Kitchen, Housekeeping & Laundry staff.
- Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all time.
- Supervise and make sure all expect of hygiene is maintained during food preparation.
- Co-ordination with Admin. Dept. for new arrivals/departures.
- Co-ordination with Admin/Account Dept. regarding invoice.
Educational Requirements
- Graduate from any Reputed Institution
- Hotel Management
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotels/Resorts, Overseas Companies, Restaurants
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 year(s)
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Have good knowledge in Food Costing
- Need to cope up with Thai and Australian English Accent.
- Knowledge about Food Preparation.
- Have training in Hotel Management/Chef/Food course
Salary Range : Negotiable
