Job Context
- As a GM, Construction, He/She must lead the team and project for successful completion within the time and budget.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Big Project Management
- Roads, Bridge, Railway construction Experience
- Establish and manage OVERALL project
- Lead the engineering Team and construction
- Prepare and manage BOQ, Inspection Sheet (AFI), Bills for the project
- Manage and control site & Inspection
- Daily/weekly/monthly report to the Employer
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors for procurement, evaluation and execution
- Coordinate and control subcontractors for quality issues based on the project requirements
- Conduct periodically audit of the subcontractors
Educational Requirements: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed PUBLIC University.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization., Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Civil Engineering
Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 65 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in Big Project Management
- Must be able to communicate in English or Japanese
- Must be experienced in Roads, Highway & Bridge Project
- Minimum 5 years experiences in managing heavy civil construction project
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary Range: Negotiable
