Plastic Advantage Ltd., joint venture with Canada - is a plastic injection moulding facility and full assembly setup for small appliance manufacturing company.

Job Description / Responsibility

• The candidate should have the knowledge in the following fields-
• Develop new business;
• Promote products ;
• Monitor Market and increase relationship;
• Lead, develop and motivate the team of others junior sales people
• Increase new buyer order;
• Co-ordinate the sales activities & ensure smart service to the customers.
• Must have basic computer knowledge;
• Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure
• Ensure perfect and fast implementation of Company’s policies & activities
• To perform any other assignment as by the concern authority in time to time

Educational Background:

• Business Post Graduate Completed (preferred in Marketing)

Experience Requirements:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years experience for Manager & 3 years experience for Asst. Manager on Marketing, selling and distribution With Reputed or Multinational company
• The candidate should have knowledge of market forecasting & have research capability
• The applicants should have experience in any Fast Moving Consumer product (FMCG) company
• Take Ownership, Accountability
• People oriented and loves to develop people via empowerment
