The role
Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager-Divisional Office, Accounts Officer is responsible to processes the payment of suppliers, partner organizations and Union Parishad fund disbursement, consultants, travel bill of Plan staff; process salary payment of employees of divisional office, disburse cash fund and advances to staff members for smooth implementation of program. Other than this s/he maintains close coordination with admin and treasury staff members of Divisional Offices, project and field offices.

What we’re looking for
For this role you should have bachelor degree preferably in accounting and at least two years working experience in similar position. In addition you must have good communications skills and on some common applications like MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, and experience on computerized accounting system/software in INGO. This position requires some statutory requirement like knowledge on VAT and Tax, Govt. rule and regulation especially on NGOAB.
