Finance Specialist
Based at Country Office + 3 positions

Plan international Bangladesh is looking for 3 Finance Specialists based at Country Office for different durations:

Finance Specialist-BCO (Contract up to June 2021):
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to sponsorship and grants funded projects under BCO, partner NGOs and Community Based Organizations on budget preparation and revisions, financial planning; cash flow and fund management, financial monitoring, periodic reporting including donor reports.

Finance Specialist- Aparajita (24 months Contract) :
Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager, BCO this position will be responsible for providing support for preparing/reviewing project budget and provide analysis of expenditure, coordinate disbursement of fund to project partners and prepare financial reports to ensure that the project fund is managed as per Plan and donor’s requirement and standards.

Finance Specialist-Generation Breakthrough (Contract up to December 2019):
Reporting to the Project Manager-GB, the Finance Specialist will be responsible for project budget and provide analysis of expenditure, coordinate disbursements of fund to project partners and prepare financial reports to ensure that the project fund is managed as per Plan and donor’s requirement and standards.

Qualification and experience required:

For all the positions, the ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in commerce- preferably in accounting or finance and professional course completed/partly qualified and at least four years work experience in accounts and finance, preferably in development organization; hands on experience in preparing project budgets and monitoring financial performance etc.
