Change Management Advisor

Based at Dhaka+ 12 months contract

The Role:

Reporting to the Country Director, the Change Management Advisor will facilitate and coordinate a transformative change program to enable Plan International Bangladesh to develop and achieve an ambitious forward-looking vision in support of our global goals. S/he will play a key role in developing a Country Strategy (led by our Deputy Country Director – Programme Strategy) that is fully reflective of these ambitions, whilst ensuring that our change program proceeds in line with Plan International’s defined transformation framework and other relevant guidelines. S/he will ensure timely completion of all deliverables, working collaboratively with all key stakeholders as appropriate.

The Change Management Advisor will also ensure that our staff are empowered and engaged throughout the change initiative by providing safe and accessible spaces for our colleagues to reflect, challenge, and input throughout. S/he will support and guide a network of change champions across PIB, acting as a focal point for information sharing between leadership and staff.
